In House of Many Sorrows un uomo mentalmente instabile prende in mano la gestione della locanda della madre dopo che una malattia ha costretto la donna a letto. Purtroppo i clienti del bed and breakfast muoiono in circostanze misteriose proprio durante la gestione dell'uomo e così tutti i sospetti ricadono su di lui.
Il cast è composto dall'attrice hard Ginger Lynn Allen, l'attore e regista danese Kim Sønderholm (The Horror Vault, Craig, Sinister Visions…), Tom Malloy (The Alphabet Killer), Samantha Brownlee, Jolene Mackenzie, Betty Maxwell e John Garofalo II. Nel film farà una breve comparsa anche Laurence R. Harvey, l'inquietante protagonista di The Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence).
