Last March it was announced Zombie with a Shotgun, the adaptation of the web series of the same name directed between 2013 and 2014 by Hilton Ariel Ruiz. Only recently, news was released that the filming of Zombie with a Shotgun are finished and the post-production phase is about to be started.
Meanwhile, on the Gofundme platform, crowdfunding continues.
Writing and directing the film is Hilton Ariel Ruiz, the director of the web series. Also in the feature film, zombies will fight a long struggle against humans.
The protagonist of the story is Aaron (Braeden Baade), a young man who is not sure whether he has been infected with the virus that could turn him into the living dead. On vacation with his girlfriend Rachel (Kathryn Kuhn) and his inseparable rifle, he discovers a terrible secret related to the infection.
The cast includes Braeden Baade, Kyle Hester, Ashley Dargham, Brandi Satterfield, Jeremy Fultz, Emilie Paap, Kathryn Kuhn, George V. Andreakos, Ian Griffith, John Luke, and Foster Davis.
