Screen Media has released, online, the character posters of Willy's Wonderland, the horror film starring Nicolas Cage and presented as a cross between The pale knight and Killer Klowns from Outer Space.
Written by G.O. Parsons and directed by Kevin Lewis (The Drop), Willy's Wonderland is the story of a man trapped inside a creepy amusement park occupied by dangerous possessed animatronics.
Plot: A drifter (Nicolas Cage) gets stranded in a remote town. Unable to pay for the repair of his Jeep, the man agrees to make good on the debt by spending the night cleaning Willy's Wonderland, an abandoned amusement park filled with animatronics. The place, however, will turn into a death trap when all the mechanical puppets unexpectedly come alive to annihilate the intruder.
The wanderer will thus be forced to make his way between one monster and another, trying to survive until morning.
In the cast of Willy's Wonderland, in addition to Nicolas Cage (Mandy, Color Out of Space), there are also Emily Tosta, Beth Grant (No Country for Old Men), Ric Reitz (The Resident) and Chris Warner (Machete).
The film is scheduled for release in 2021.
