Screen Media has shared the first teaser trailer of Willy's Wonderland, the horror film previously titled Wally's Wonderland and presented as a cross between The pale knight and Killer Klowns from Outer Space.
Written by G.O. Parsons and directed by Kevin Lewis (The Drop), Willy's Wonderland stars Nicolas Cage, here as the janitor of a creepy amusement park. The man will be stuck inside the facility where he will be forced to defend himself from dangerous possessed animatronics.
Plot: A drifter (Nicolas Cage) becomes stranded in a remote town. Unable to pay for the repair of his Jeep, the man agrees to make good the debt by spending the night cleaning the Willy's Wonderland, an abandoned amusement park filled with animatronics. The place, however, will turn into a death trap when all the mechanical puppets, which have suddenly become evil, come alive to annihilate the intruder.
The wanderer will thus be forced to make his way between one monster and another, trying to survive until morning.
In the cast of Willy's Wonderland, in addition to Nicolas Cage (Mandy, Color Out of Space), there are also Emily Tosta, Beth Grant (No Country for Old Men), Ric Reitz (The Resident) and Chris Warner (Machete).
