It is entitled Who's Watching Oliver (USA - 2017) the extreme horror film about the homicidal madness of a mentally unstable man. Who's Watching Oliver is currently available for free (U.S. and U.K. only) on Amazon Prime and Hulu platforms, and because of this, a new teaser trailer has been released, which you can find at the bottom of the article. The film was released by Gravitas Ventures last July.
The film marks the directorial debut of Richie Moore, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Raimund Huber and Russell Geoffrey Banks. The latter himself gave the face of Oliver, the main character in the story. Also in the cast are Sara Malakul Lane, Margaret Roche, Cecilia Belletti, Champagne Nuttanun and Kelly Woodcock.
Plot: Lonely Oliver wanders aimlessly through the city streets at night. Trapped in a humiliating and frustrating life in which he can only respond with violence, Oliver finds sweet and naive Sophia a lifeline. With her the sad and deranged killer will try to maintain control....
