As of today, November 23, on the official website TetroVideo and on Goredrome pre-order is now active for the limited edition Mediabook 3 discs of the Director's Cut and Original Cut of Visions of Suffering (2006), the horror film directed by Andrey Iskanov, a Russian director known for his extreme horror cinema based on eroticism, gore and surrealism (Nails, Philosophy of a Knife, Ingression).

In Visions of Suffering, Andrey Iskanov has reshot over 60% of the original film with new footage, actors, and music, striving to create an even more unhealthy, visionary, and nightmarish atmosphere. In fact, the director himself calls this version "scarier, darker and more disturbing" than the original.
The plot is as follows:Â Sasha is obsessed with death and everything related to it including necrophilia and putrefaction. In an otherworldly forest he will disturb a demonic shaman who will tear down the line separating our world from the demon realm.
In addition to directing, Andrey Iskanov also handled the film's screenplay, production, sound design, cinematography, special effects, and also appears in the cast along with Igor Anikin, Alexandra Batrumova, Yukari Fujimoto, Svyatoslav Iliyasov, Alexander Kravchenko, Zoya Alexandrovna Makarova, Irina Nikitina, Igor Orlov, and Alexander Shevchenko.
