David Harbour (Hellboy - 2019, Stranger Things) appears in the new poster for. Violent Night (USA - 2022), a Christmas-themed action comedy directed by Tommy Wirkola, the director of Dead Snow, Hansel & Gretel - Witch Hunters and The Trip.
Played by the US actor, Violent Night will be released in Italian theaters under the title A violent and silent night as of December 1.
In the film, David Harbour is a peculiar Santa Claus who on Christmas Eve night will try to save a wealthy family from a group of mercenaries.
Plot: On Christmas Eve, a group of mercenaries break into a compound of wealthy families, taking everyone present hostage. Santa Claus (David Harbour), however, is on the scene and will prove to the criminals that he is no saint.
In the cast of A violent and silent night also appear John Leguizamo (Land of the Living Dead, And the Day Came), Edi Patterson (Dinner with Murder), Cam Gigandet (Priest), Beverly D'Angelo (American History X) and, as Krampus, Brendan Fletcher (Leprechaun: Origins).
