Eagle Pictures has released two Italian commercials for Widow Winchester (aka Winchester: The House That Ghosts Built), the horror film written and directed by brothers Michael and Peter Spierig (Undead, Daybreakers - The Last Vampire, Predestination) and starring Helen Mirren.
The film will arrive in Italian theaters on Feb. 22 distributed by Eagle Pictures.
Plot: Widow Sarah (Helen Mirren), the heiress of the well-known arms company, is convinced she is haunted by an evil spell. In 1884 she moves to San Jose, California, where she begins construction of a gigantic Gothic-style mansion with 160 rooms. When psychiatrist Eric Prince (Jason Clarke) is sent to Sarah to assess her mental health, he discovers that the woman's obsessions may be related to a chilling reality and not to her madness.
