Directed in 1981 by horror master Tobe Hooper (Don't Open That Door, Space Vampires), The tunnel of horror (aka The Funhouse) features a group of teenagers stuck in an amusement park where a deformed man is hiding.
Plot: Amy, Buzz, Richie and Liz decide to spend the evening at an amusement park. Upon reaching the horror house, the group decides to spend the night there. For the boys, however, an interminable nightmare will begin when they are unwittingly Witnesses to a murder.
The screenplay for the film is by Lawrence J. Block. The cast includes Elizabeth Berridge, Shawn Carson, Jeanne Austin, Jack McDermott, Cooper Huckabee, Largo Woodruff, Miles Chapin, David Carson, Sonia Zomina, Herb Robins, Kevin Conway and Wayne Doba (the latter as the monster).
