Diretto da Don Michael Paul (Lake Placid: The Final Chapter, Tremors 5: Bloodlines), Tremors: Shrieker Island è il settimo capitolo della saga Tremors e sarà distribuito in DVD e Blu-ray il 20 ottobre 2020 (mercato USA).
Attualmente non si hanno notizie su un’eventuale distribuzione italiana.
In Tremors: Shrieker Island, Michael Gross è nuovamente il paramilitare Burt Gummer, storico personaggio del franchise.
Nel cast ci sono anche Jon Heder, Jackie Cruz e Richard Brake (31), Caroline Langrishe, Cassie Clare, Sahajak Boonthanakit, Randy Kalsi, David Assavanon, Matthew Douglas, Boonma Lamphon, Iris Park, Bear Williams, Aukrawut Rojaunawat, Owen Macrae e Mikey Black.
Il regista Don Michael Paul ha scritto la sceneggiatura del film insieme a Brian Brightly.
Accettato il lavoro, Burt coinvolgerà il gruppo in una guerra contro enormi e velocissimi mostri dotati di intelligenza e contro gli Shrieker che si moltiplicano rapidamente.
