Tremors 7 (aka Tremors: Island Fury) will be released in October by Universal Pictures. This was confirmed by actor Michael Gross, who also shared on Facebook a new photo from the film in which he again plays paramilitary Burt Gummer, a character from the franchise Tremors. Michael Gross has appeared in all chapters of the saga, including the first chapter in 1990 and the TV series based on Tremors.
The film is directed by Don Michael Paul (Lake Placid: The Final Chapter, Tremors 5: Bloodlines), who also co-wrote the screenplay with Brian Brightly.
In the cast of Tremors 7 there are also Jon Heder, Jackie Cruz and Richard Brake (31), Caroline Langrishe, Cassie Clare, Sahajak Boonthanakit, Randy Kalsi, David Assavanon, Matthew Douglas, Boonma Lamphon, and Iris Park.
It is currently unknown whether this new chapter will also arrive in Italy.
In Tremors 7, the Graboids are back. The giant underground creatures were illegally brought to a new island location by a wealthy playboy for a trophy hunt and are now ready to claim new victims. It will be up to Michael Gross to stop the monstrous beings before it is too late.
