Mad Sin Cinema si sta occupando della produzione di alcuni film provocativi e sperimentali diretti dall'attore e regista americano Shane Ryan (My Name is 'A' by Anonymous). Protagonista di questi titoli definiti come "transgender" e "gender fluid" è il sedicenne Lilith Singson, attore gender fluid (termine che indica il "sentirsi a volte ragazzo, a volte ragazza") che avrà il ruolo da protagonista nel sanguinario Red Oedipal but also in This Girl, This Boy (a docu-drama about a transgender teenager) and in Half-Breed (a transgender fantasy/horror story). In God Got Ill instead, Singson will have a supporting role but also a prominent role in Ted Bundy Had a Son.
Attualmente in post-produzione, "Ted Bundy Had a Son" è un film che ha coinvolto più di 125 registi provenienti da ogni parte del mondo, i quali si sono riuniti per realizzare un mockumentary sul noto serial killer. Ancora in fase di filming risultano "This Girl, This Boy", "Red Oedipal" e "God Got Ill" mentre Half-Breed Is under development.
