Online the poster and trailer of The Follower, the psychological thriller with hints of horror that will be available for video on demand (thanks to MarVista Entertainment) starting April 18. Definitely inspired by the famous novel Misery by Stephen King, The Follower, written and directed by Damián Romay, brings to the stage the story of a famous singer struggling with one of her fans.
Trama: la star del country pop Chelsea Angel (Erika Christensen) annuncia ai fan il suo ritiro dalla scena musicale per concentrarsi sulla famiglia e sulla sua maternità . Il destino però le si accanisce contro poiché l'aereo su cui viaggia, precipita. Oltre a lei, all'incidente sopravvive anche Evelyn King (Bethany Lauren James), una sua grandissima fan. Quest'ultima si prenderà cura di Chelsea la quale, in seguito all'incidente, non è più in grado di camminare. Dietro alla sua adorazione però Evelyn nasconde una vera e propria ossessione per il suo idolo.
