After several postponements, the film will arrive on the Netflix platform next May 14, exactly one year after what was supposed to be its theatrical release.
The woman at the window is an adaptation of the novel of the same name written by A. J. Finn in 2018 and stars Amy Adams, here as an agoraphobic young woman who witnesses a crime.
Plot: Anna Fox (Amy Adams) is a child psychologist who suffers from agoraphobia, a disorder that forces her to stay home and interact only online. One day, while spying on her new neighbors with seemingly perfect lives who live across the street, she witnesses a brutal crime. From that moment on, the woman's life will never be the same.
