Let's go back and talk more about The Musk, the slasher/horror currently in post-production, directed by Italian-American newcomer George Nevada and which has attracted no small amount of interest, especially abroad, because of the film's marketing which has been followed by so much praise.
The trailer we are telling you about today is completely different, both in style and music, from the promo trailer that was released a few weeks ago on the YouTube channel (The Musk: promo trailer and new images of the mutant film). The trailer (The Musk - The Wizard of Musk 3D) released a few hours ago is in 3D (the one from goggles with two-tone lenses) and is very reminiscent of silent films.
As mentioned in previous articles, the villain of The Musk is Tony Maio (Fabrizio Occhipinti), a mutant peasant disguised as a scarecrow. In addition to him, a new character has been announced, the alien The Wasteman (Marcello Toruk Albanesi).
Plot: Farmer Tony Maio is transformed into a dangerous mutant after touching a meteorite that crashed on his land. The man disguises himself as a scarecrow to hide his body deformities and begins to commit heinous crimes.
In the cast of The Musk, in addition to Fabrizio Occhipinti, Frances Williams, Antony Ferry, twins Raphael and Danny Willis, Marcello Iaia, Ruby Miller, Francesca DiCaprio and Gabrielle Bergère. They are joined by Marcello Toruk Albanesi who has been given the role of The Wasteman. FX is by Athanasius Pernath while the music section is by Antony Coia.
Above left, one of the plates created by cartoonist Paolo Zandon (which will enrich The Musk in full Creepshow style).
