Last January we told you about The Windmill Massacre, l'interessante horror olandese sul mugnaio assassino adoratore del Diavolo. Sulla pagina Facebook ufficiale del film è stato pubblicato da qualche ora un primo trailer ovvero un official teaser grazie a Kaleidoscope Film Distribution.
Nick Jongerius and Daniel Koefoed, the producers of Frankenstein's Army, sono coinvolti in questo progetto. Il primo in veste di regista e sceneggiatore mentre il secondo come produttore. In un'intervista Nick Jongerius ha affermato di aver sempre avuto paura dei mulini e che anche il pubblico, una volta visto il suo film, li guarderà in modo differente.
Abstract: A legend tells of a Devil-worshipping miller who, instead of sowing wheat, buries the bones of locals in his soil. A group of tourists camping near his mill and interested in his story will awaken Evil. In fact, the miller will return from the grave to feed his land with blood again.
The screenplay is by Chris W. Mitchell and Suzy Quid. The script, on the other hand, is by director Nick Jongerius.
The cast includes Noah Taylor, Charlotte Beaumont, Patrick Baladi, Fiona Hampton, Ben Batt, Adam Thomas Wright, Tanroh Ishida, and Bart Klever.
