Online the poster for The Well (2023), il nuovo horror di Federico Zampaglione (Shadow, Tulpa – Perdizioni mortali). Dopo la premiere mondiale al Sitges Film Festival (sezione “Midnight X-treme”) dello scorso 6 ottobre, The Well sarà proiettato anche al prestigioso Screamfest Horror Film Festival il 12 Ottobre.
Prodotto da Iperuranio Film, The Well è interpretato da Lauren LaVera, star dello slasher horror campione d’incassi Terrifier 2 (2022) di Damien Leone.
In The Well, Lauren LaVera is Lisa Gray, a young restorer and daughter of art, who travels to a small Italian village to work on a medieval painting. The artist's life, however, will be in danger because of a curse attached to the work and also because of a monster created and fed by the most extreme pain, imprisoned at the bottom of a well.
The screenplay of The Well is edited by the director himself in collaboration with Stefano Masi (producer of the film together with Mario Pezzi).
Nel cast, oltre a Lauren LaVera, sono presenti anche Claudia Gerini (Tulpa), Giovanni Lombardo Radice (Paura nella città dei morti viventi), Linda Zampaglione, Jonathan Dylan King, Lorenzo Renzi (Romanzo criminale – La serie), Taylor Zaudtke, Gianluigi Calvani, Yassine Fadel, Melanie Gaydos (Insidious: L’ultima chiave), Stefano Martinelli (Anger of the dead) e l’esordiente Courage Oviawe.
Gli SFX invece sono a cura di Carlo Diamantini (Hell’s Fever, Apocalisse Zero: Anger of the Dead).
