Online the first images of The Well (2023), the horror film marking the return to directing of Federico Zampaglione (Shadow, Tulpa - Deadly Distances).
Produced by Hyperuranium Film and starring Lauren LaVera, star of the blockbuster horror slasher Terrifier 2 (2022), The Well is currently undergoing four weeks of filming around Rome.
In The Well, Lauren LaVera is Lisa Gray, a budding art restorer and daughter of art, who travels to a small Italian village to work on a medieval painting. The artist's life, however, will be in danger because of an evil curse and a monster born of myth and brutal pain imprisoned in a well.
The screenplay of The Well is edited by the director himself in collaboration with Stefano Masi (producer of the film together with Mario Pezzi).
The cast, in addition to Lauren LaVera, includes Claudia Gerini (Tulpa), Giovanni Lombardo Radice (Fear in the City of the Living Dead), Linda Zampaglione, Jonathan Dylan King, Lorenzo Renzi, Taylor Zaudtke, Gianluigi Calvani, and Yassine Fadel.
The SFXs, on the other hand, are by Carlo Diamantini (Hell's Fever, Apocalypse Zero: Anger of the Dead).
