The short film The Stare (Australia - 2018) is Official Selection at the’Optical Theatre Film Festival 2018 for the categories "Best Short Film“, “Best Actress" e "Best Cinematography“.
Directed by Louisa Weichmann, this approximately 8-minute Australian short features a girl (Tehya Nicholas) overcome with terror during an overnight train ride. In fact, along with her is a seated man (Ben Watts) who, however, gives no sign of life.
The screenplay for the film is by Louisa Weichmann and Kelly Webster.
