From Russia comes an interesting horror film titled The Soul Conductor (aka Provodnik), a psychological horror film that explores the thin line between reality and fiction.
Written by Anna Kurbatova and Aleksandr Topuriya, The Soul Conductor is directed by Ilya S. Maksimov, here making his first feature film after several TV series.
The film was released just yesterday in Russian theaters.
The protagonist of this ghost story is Katia (Aleksandra Bortich), a girl who has the ability to see and communicate with ghosts. When her twin sister goes missing, Katia tries to get on her trail but her search leads her to discover a town filled with death and grief at the hands of a serial killer.
In the cast: Aleksandra Bortich, Evgeniy Tsyganov, Vladimir Yaglych, Aleksandr Robak, Vasiliy Bochkaryov, and Vyacheslav Razbegaev.
