The Crow: out of the remake even Jack Huston

crowThe project regarding the remake of the The Crow - The Crow, the cult feature film directed in 1994 by Alex Proyas and starring Brandon Lee, who died tragically during filming.

Variety has announced that Jack Huston has given up, as has Luke Evans previously, the role of Eric Draven in the remake of the The Raven. The cause was attributed to a series of commitments that prevented the actor from working on the project.

Director Corin Hardy is not giving up and will soon announce the name of the actor who will play the main character. Meanwhile, he has confirmed that filming of the movie will begin next month.

The script for the remake of The Raven Is edited by Cliff Dorfman. James O'Barr, the U.S. cartoonist who became famous for his comic strip "The Crow" from which Proyas' film was based, is also involved in the project.
