The Crow: release date announced for reboot starring Bill Skarsgård

The Raven is the new film adaptation of James O'Barr's comic book, previously transposed for film by Alex Proyas in 1994 with The Crow, cult film starring the late Brandon Lee.
Produced by Lionsgate and written by Zach Baylin, the film is directed by Rupert Sanders (Snow White and the Huntsman, Ghost in the Shell) and will be released in U.S. theaters on June 7, 2024.

This new project stars Bill Skarsgård, a Swedish actor known for his role as Pennywise in the films It (2017) and It - Chapter Two (2019) by Andy Muschietti. The cast also includes Danny Huston (30 Days of Darkness), Laura Birn, FKA Twigs, Sami Bouajila, david Bowles (Army of Thieves), Isabella Wei, and Jordan Bolger (Don't Knock on That Door).

The Raven stars Bill Skarsgård as Eric Draven/The Crow, a murdered musician who is resurrected to avenge his own death and that of his girlfriend (FKA Twigs).
