The Predator (USA - 2018), the new installment in the franchise, will debut in U.S. theaters with a ban on minors. As hinted by director Shane Black when talking about his film (promising horror lovers a powerful and violent chapter), The Predator was rated Rated R for "violence, abundant blood, vulgar language and jokes with explicit sexual references."
Written and directed by Shane Black, this sci-fi horror film will arrive in Italian theaters on October 11, 2018 with 20th Century Fox. The Predator is the new chapter in the saga about alien hunters (which began in 1987 with Predator by John McTiernan) and presents a story that continues 30 years after the events covered in the previous films.
As revealed by the producer during Comic-Con 2018, The Predator may have two sequels.
Plot: After genetically improving themselves by combining DNA from different species, the universe's deadliest hunters are now even bigger, smarter and more ferocious. When a young boy accidentally triggers their return to Earth, only a group of ex-soldiers and a science teacher will be forced to intervene to prevent the human race from being exterminated.
In the cast of The Predator there are Boyd Holbrook, Olivia Munn (X-Men: Apocalypse), Trevante Rhodes, Jacob Tremblay, Alfie Allen, Thomas Jane, Yvonne Strahovski, Keegan-Michael Key, Sterling K. Brown and Edward James Olmos (Blade Runner).











The ban on minors by the MPAA is NC-17 usually rated R films are censored versions.
