Slitta all'11 ottobre 2018 la data di uscita italiana per The Predator (USA – 2018), l'horror fantascientifico scritto e diretto da Shane Black. 20th Century Fox ha posticipato di 2 settimane la release che per il nostro Paese era stata fissata inizialmente al 27 settembre.
The Predator is the new chapter in the famous saga about alien hunters (which began in 1987 with Predator by John McTiernan) but presents a story that continues 30 years after the events covered in the previous films.
Plot: After genetically improving themselves by combining DNA from different species, the deadliest hunters in the universe return to Earth even bigger, smarter and more ferocious. Unwittingly calling them back is a young boy, and to prevent the end of the human race, a group of ex-soldiers and a science teacher will be forced to intervene.
In the cast of The Predator there are Boyd Holbrook, Olivia Munn (X-Men: Apocalypse), Trevante Rhodes, Jacob Tremblay, Alfie Allen, Thomas Jane, Keegan-Michael Key, Yvonne Strahovski, Sterling K. Brown and Edward James Olmos (Blade Runner).
Shane Black starred in the 1987 film with Arnold Schwarzenegger. The actor and director also co-wrote the screenplay for The Predator together with Fred Dekker (School of Monsters, Dimension of Terror, Who's Buried in That House?).
