20th Century Fox has released a clip from The Predator (USA - 2018), the sci-fi horror film written and directed by Shane Black. The Predator will debut in Italian theaters on Oct. 11, 2018, while the U.S. release date is set for Sept. 14. The film had its world premiere last September 6 at the Toronto International Film Festival.
The Predator is the new chapter in the saga about alien hunters (which began in 1987 with Predator by John McTiernan) and the story continues 30 years after the events covered in the previous films.
Plot: After genetically improving themselves by combining DNA from different species, the universe's deadliest hunters are now even bigger, smarter and more ferocious. When a young boy accidentally triggers their return to Earth, only a group of ex-soldiers and a science teacher will be forced to intervene to prevent the human race from being exterminated.
The cast of this fourth installment includes Boyd Holbrook, Olivia Munn (X-Men: Apocalypse), Trevante Rhodes, Jacob Tremblay, Edward James Olmos (Blade Runner), Yvonne Strahovski, Alfie Allen, Thomas Jane, Keegan-Michael Key and Sterling K. Brown.
