Versatile Films and Logical Pictures have shared the first images of The Owners, the thriller-horror film directed by Julius Berg, the director of The Forest, the TV miniseries distributed by Netflix.
The Owners is the film adaptation of "Une nuit de pleine lune", the graphic novel by Yves H. and Hermann and stars Maisie Williams, the British actress best known for her role as Arya Stark in the TV series The Iron Throne.
Plot: England, early 1990s. Sociopath Gaz (Jake Curran) convinces childhood friends Nathan (Ian Kenny) and Terry (Andrew Allis) to rob the Huggins, the elderly local doctor and his wife. Convinced they can easily sneak into their isolated house and empty the safe, the two prepare to put the plan into action despite the disapproval of Nathan's girlfriend Mary (Maisie Williams).
The Huggins, however, return home earlier than expected, and the young thieves sink into an interminable nightmare.
