Date announced for the final event of the The Optical Theatre Festival 2016 (link to official website). The closing night will be hosted in Room 5 of the multiplex cinema located within the Fornaci Cinema Village That is, a commercial facility devoted to art and entertainment.
Appointment then for the November 25 at 8:30 p.m. at Room 5 of the Sisto Multisala on Via Giovanni Jacobucci, 03100 Frosinone (FR).
In the presence of artistic director Domiziano Cristopharo and some members of the jury, the event will be recorded and then web-delayed thanks to on-demand Cubik TV. Starting at 8:30 p.m., trailers of all the finalist films will be shown then the winners will be announced and then there will be a screening of "Best Feature Film," "Best Trash Feature Film" and then the two winning shorts namely "Best Short Film" and "Best Bizarre Fantasy."
During the evening there will also be special mentions for the most deserving works and characters, and the special "Horror Icon 2016" award will be given. Finally, a date will be given for the screening of all the other selected films, which will take place by January 2017 at the Apollo Cinema by Rome.
