Lo scorso 26 settembre abbiamo pubblicato la lista di all Official Selections of the fourth edition of the The Optical Film Festival 2018 i cui vincitori saranno annunciati sabato 6 ottobre.
In data odierna è invece disponibile il trailer che raccoglie diverse sequenze tratte dai film (cortometraggi e lungometraggi) in concorso.
In collaborazione con la ProLoco di Lugo, l’Optical Fest si svolgerà il October 6 and 7 at Sala del Carmine, via Garibaldi 16, Lugo (Ravenna).
From the entries received from all over the world, three feature films were selected for the category BEST FEATURE FILM ovvero “Lost in Apocalypse", "Beloved Beast" e "Amazon Hot Box".
In the category BEST SHORT FILM gareggiano 8 cortometraggi: “Kiss the Devil in the Dark", "Fears", "The Stare", "Like every Mornings", "The Music of John Low", "C L A W", "La Guarida – The Den" e "Rewind".
In BEST TRASH SHORT FILM troviamo “The Jerry Show" e "Termitator” mentre in BEST BIZARRE ci sono “The Hobbyist" e "Tauro".

Le opere scelte sono state valutate dalla prestigiosa giuria internazionale così composta:
– Lynn Lowry: celebrated American actress as well as horror icon ("The City Will Be Destroyed at Dawn," "Shivers - The Demon Under the Skin");
– Antonio Tentori: Italian screenwriter historian for Dario Argento, Lucio Fulci, Bruno Mattei, Sergio Stivaletti and Aristide Massaccesi;
– Stephen Biro: fondatore della Unearthed Films e ideatore della saga “American Guinea Pig”;
– Poison Rouge: director of "American Guinea Pig: Sacrifice."
