The Obsidian Curse (USA - 2016) è il titolo del nuovo film horror scritto e diretto da Rene Perez nella cui filmografia (quasi esclusivamente horror) compaiono titoli come The Dead the Damned and the Darkness (2014), Playing with Dolls: Bloodlust (2016), The Burning Dead (2015) e Alien Showdown: The Day the Old West Stood Still (2013). Both a trailer and poster are available of the film, which is currently being filmed, but a release date and a more defined plot are not yet known.
In The Obsidian Curse, due to an evil spell, a woman becomes a kind of magnet that draws evil and all the monsters that represent it including vampires and the undead to herself.
The cast includes Reggie Bannister of the saga Phantasm but also Karin Brauns, Richard Tyson, Cody Renee Cameron, Julia Lehman, John Caraccioli, Nicole Stark, Robert Koroluck, Derek W. Adam, and Charlie Glackin.
