James Wan's well-known franchise that began with The Conjuring - The Conjuring in 2013 continues to generate sequels but also spin-offs. In fact, in recent hours it was announced that the second installment of the saga about the Warren demonologists (played by Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga) will have a spin-off entitled The Nun and in which the protagonist will be the terrifying nun from the aforementioned film.
According to reports from Collider, David Leslie Johnson, the co-writer of The Conjuring 2 - L'Evocazione (2016), will work on the script of The Nun while the names of James Wan and Peter Safran appear in the production.
