According to what has been revealed by Hollywood Reporter, Storm Reid (The Invisible Man, The Suicide Squad - Suicide Mission) will be among the stars of The Nun 2, the sequel to The Nun - The Calling of Evil (2018) by Corin Hardy.
The film will be directed by Michael Chaves, the director of La Llorona - The Tears of Evil (2019), on a screenplay by Akela Cooper.
Filming will take place in France later this year, and the U.S. release has been set for September 8, 2023.
The story of the first chapter was set in 1952, in Romania, while in the sequel the events will take place
4 years later. In addition, it is possible that Taissa Farmiga, the star of Corin Hardy's film, will also return in the sequel.
