Amazon Studios and Broadstreet Pictures have released the new poster for. The Neon Demon, the long-awaited horror thriller from Nicolas Winding Refn (Drive). The film is in competition for the Palme d'Or at the 69th Cannes Film Festival 2016 and will see the light of day in Italian cinemas from June 8, 2016 (in advance of the U.S. date of June 24), thanks to a collaboration between Koch Media and Lucisano Media Group.
The protagonist of The Neon Demon is Elle Fanning 
(Maleficent). The young actress plays an aspiring model who goes to live in Los Angeles in the hope of fulfilling her dream. Here colleagues, envious of her beauty, will do the impossible to take away everything she possesses and make sure to ruin her life.
In addition to director Nicolas Winding Refn, Polly Stenham and Mary Laws also collaborated on the screenplay. The cast, on the other hand, features the names of Elle Fanning, Jena Malone, Keanu Reeves, Alessandro Nivola, Karl Glusman, Bella Heathcote (Dark Shadows), Desmond Harrington, Abbey Lee and Christina Hendricks.
The soundtrack is by Cliff Martinez.
