The official Italian poster for The Nameless Ballad has been released. The new horror movie from Federico Zampaglione (Shadow, Tulpa - Perdizioni mortali, The Well) will open in Italian theaters on November 5, 2026 through Filmclub Distribuzione, following a series of preview screenings across Italy on Halloween. After its world premiere at the Tubi FrightFest in London, the film brings music to the heart of the horror through a forbidden melody that becomes an obsessive and unsettling presence.

The story follows Sam Gallo, a 27-year-old English musician of Italian descent struggling with a severe creative crisis and an addiction to medication. Pressured by his entourage to deliver another success, he returns to Italy and to the places of his childhood in the hope of finding inspiration again.
After isolating himself in a house, Sam comes into contact with dark presences that seem to feed on his fears, his anguish and his desperate need to create music. What begins as an attempt at rebirth gradually turns into a nightmare, as the line between reality and the supernatural becomes increasingly blurred.

The cast of The Nameless Ballad includes Jamie Ward (His Dark Materials), Giglia Marra, Alana Boden, Fabrizio Ferracane, Seumas Sargent, Reed Stokes, Sergio Ceglie, Mia Desando and Vincenzo De Michele.
The screenplay was written by Zampaglione together with Barbara Baraldi, writer and editorial curator of Dylan Dog.
Produced by Michele Protino, The Nameless Ballad is a Somic Film production in association with Minerva Pictures.
