In June we told you about The Mind's Eye (USA - 2015), the horror film written and directed by Joe Begos, the director of Almost Human (2013). RLJ Entertainment will distribute The Mind's Eye in U.S. theaters starting Aug. 5, a date that coincides with video on demand on iTunes.
The story takes place in 1990s New England. Zack Connors (Graham Skipper) and Rachel Meadows (Lauren Ashley Carter) have incredible telekinetic abilities, but they attract the attention of Dr. Michael Slovak (John Speredakos). The doctor, interested in their powers, kidnaps them to appropriate their extrasensory abilities.
In addition to the aforementioned Graham Skipper (Dementia, Space Clown) and Lauren Ashley Carter (Pod, Jug Face, The Woman), t he cast consists of Zack Connors (Dementia, Tales of Halloween, Almost Human), , Larry Fessenden (Southbound, We are still here), John Speredakos (The Innkeepers, The Roost), Michael A. LoCicero, Patrick M. Walsh, Jeremy Gardner, Noah Segan, Matt Mercer, Brian Morvant, and Josh Ethier.
