The House that Jack Built, the disturbing thriller written and directed by Lars Von Trier (Melancholia, Nymphomaniac) will debut in Italian theaters on Feb. 28 (thanks to Videa) with the title Jack's House.
The Italian poster was also released for the occasion.
Labeled as "the director's most brutal film." Jack's House premiered at the 2018 Cannes Film Festival shocking audiences in the theater.
The film stars Matt Dillon, here as a dangerous and ruthless serial killer.
Plot: United States, 1970. Jack (Matt Dillon) is an engineer who undergoes a fascination with death after impulsively killing a woman he had rescued on the street. The event will lead the man to commit more murders that will define his true nature and his quest for perfection by collecting more gruesome "works of art." The goal is to create his greatest masterpiece that is, a collection of all his murders inside a house he built himself.
The cast also includes Uma Thurman (Kill Bill), Riley Keough, Ed Speleers (Howl, Love Bite), Bruno Ganz, and Siobhan Fallon Hogan.
