Entertainment Weekly has unleashed the official trailer for The Forest Hills, the werewolf horror film produced, written and directed by Scott Goldberg, the director of Dead End Massacre and Moirai: The Drifter.
Full of practical effects, The Forest Hills is a homage to the cult movies about lycanthropy and will be releasing in select US theaters beginning October 4.
The film stars Shelley Duvall (The Shining), Dee Wallace (The Hills Have Eyes, Cujo, The Howling), Edward Furlong (Terminator 2 - Judgment Day, American History X, Stoic), Jamie Marsh (The Forsaken), Cory DeAn Cowley (Trypophobic Posession), and Chiko Mendez.
The story features Rico (Chiko Mendez), a man tormented by nightmarish visions after enduring head trauma while hiking in the Catskills.
Meanwhile, Billy (Edward Furlong) influences him to believe that he can become a werewolf
The Forest Hills is produced by Dreznick-Goldberg Productions, Digital Thunderdome and Scott Hansen.
