To mark the release, the new poster for The Exorcism of God (Mexico - 2021), the horror film about diabolical possession that pays homage to the cult The Exorcist (1973) by William Friedkin.
Directed by Alejandro Hidalgo (La casa del fin de los tiempos), The Exorcism of God will arrive on Blu-ray and DVD on April 19 distributed by Lionsgate.
The Exorcism of God stars Peter Williams (Will Beinbrink), an American priest working in Mexico who is considered a saint by many local parishioners. However, because of a failed exorcism, he carries a dark secret that is wearing down his soul. One day, however, the clergyman will have the opportunity to face his own demon one last time.
The cast includes Will Beinbrink (It Chapter Two), Joseph Marcell, MarÃa Gabriela de FarÃa, Hector Kotsifakis, and Irán Castillo.
The screenplay for the film is by Alejandro Hidalgo in collaboration with Santiago Fernández Calvete.
