Terror Films has released the trailer, official poster and new clip "Listen to me, you little s**t." of The Drifter (USA - 2014), the violent psychological thriller we presented to you a few days f (here the news). Directed by newcomer Craig Calamis, The Drifter will be available for video on demand starting June 6 with Terror Films.
Plot: A disturbed man (Christopher Lee Gibson) is carried away by his painful memories in a spiral of madness. Lonely, he drives along the highway and, upon arriving in a small town, will meet an old acquaintance who will take a keen interest in his troubled past.
In the cast of The Drifter: Christopher Lee Gibson, Bruce Jarman, Amanda Powell, Fred Lasday, Enrico Marcellino, Danielle Alagna, Corey Calamis, Jack McAllister, and Lee Karlinsky.
Director Craig Calamis and Danny Bellini contributed to the screenplay.
The Drifter è stato presentato in anteprima mondiale al Queens World Film Festival 2015 dove ha ricevuto l'”Audience Award” e due nomination per le categorie “Best Narrative Feature” e “Best Director”. Il film ha ricevuto altresì la nomination "Best Special Effects" allo Scare-A-Con Festival 2014.
