The-Doll-MasterHae-mi, a young sculptor, has been invited along with four other people by a famous doll maker to pose as her model for a few days in her mansion, which has been used as a museum because it is filled with dolls of all types and sizes and looks sinister. In that house she meets Mina, a quiet and shy little girl who appears from time to time saying she has known her for a long time..but Haemmi has never seen her. Immediately strange and terrifying things begin to happen, and Hemi will discover that that mansion hides much more than it seems..

Yong-ki Jeong has managed to create a beautiful film, well made and full of twists and turns, the setting is nothing short of enchanting with beautiful life-size dolls holding mirrors or upside down holding lamps... The atmosphere is always awe-inspiring and this is what makes the viewer pay attention to every little detail, but at the same time, they are always taken by surprise with the twists and turns that make them jump out of their chairs. In this film there are no angelic-faced dolls that transform at night, but dolls that are as similar as possible to human beings that always have something disturbing about them. Beyond the horror film is outlined a small dramatic interlude, typical of oriental films, which this time takes as its topic the soul hidden in dolls and the suffering of abandonment. For those who love doll movies this is a film that definitely cannot be missed.
