A partire dal 13 dicembre, l'horror brasiliano The Devil Lives Here (aka O Diabo Mora Aqui) will be available on DVD and for video on demand thanks to Artsploitation Films. Directing the film is the duo of directors Rodrigo Gasparini and Dante Vescio, for a screenplay by Guilherme Aranha, Rafael Baliú and M.M. Izidoro.
The Devil Lives Here (Brazile - 2015) è stato presentato in diversi festival (Sitges Film Festival, Morbido FilmFest, Brussels International Film Festival) ed è vincitore del Best Foreign Film al FilmQuest 2016.
Plot: Ale, Magu and Jorge make arrangements to join their friend Apolo at his farm. At the same time, Sebastião and his younger brother Luciano prepare for the magical ritual that their family has performed every nine months for centuries now. At night, the two groups will meet to witness the birth of evil.
I due registi sono anche autori del corto "M Is for Mailbox", uno dei segmenti dell'horror antologico ABCs of Death 2.5 (2016).
