A macabre clip of the satanic horror film is online. The Dark and the Wicked (USA - 2020), the new film written and directed by Bryan Bertino, the director of The Strangers, Mockingbird - Live from hell and The Monster.
The US release of The Dark and the Wicked has been set for November 6, 2020 (cinema and VOD) thanks to RLJE Films.
Plot: On an isolated farm located in a remote rural town, a man is dying. His family gathers to accompany the passing of their loved one, but the presence of an evil entity in the house will grow heavier and heavier as it slowly takes possession of each of the dying man's family members.
In the cast of The Dark and the Wicked include Michael Abbott Jr., Marin Ireland, Xander Berkeley, Lynn Andrews, Michael Zagst, Julie Oliver-Touchstone, Tom Nowicki and Ella Ballentine.
