Eagle Pictures has shared the official Italian trailer for The Crow, the new film based on the 1989 comic book series by James O'Barr.
Produced by Lionsgate and directed by Rupert Sanders (Snow White and the Huntsman, Ghost in the Shell),The Crow will debut in Italian theaters on August 28.
The film stars Bill Skarsgård (It, It - Chapter Two) as Eric Draven, a musician who is brutally murdered along with his beloved Shelly Webster (FKA Twigs). Given the chance to save his true love, Eric sacrifices himself traversing the worlds of the living and the dead to seek merciless revenge.
Danny Huston (30 Days of Night), Laura Birn, FKA Twigs, Sami Bouajila, David Bowles (Army of Thieves), Isabella Wei and Jordan Bolger (Don't Knock Twice) also star.
The screenplay is by Zach Baylin.
James O'Barr's graphic novel was already adapted into a film of the same name in 1994 by Alex Proyas, starring Brandon Lee.
