Full cast and crew for The Conjuring 2: The Enfield Poltergeist, the sequel to The Summoning, la cui uscita italiana nelle sale è prevista per l'8 giugno 2016 grazie alla Warner Bros. Italia. Come è già noto dall'anno scorso (link to news story), the direction was given to James Wan, who announced the official start of filming just these days.
Wan è coinvolto anche nella sceneggiatura insieme a Carey e Chad Hayes (remake La maschera di cera). Ai tre si aggiunge anche David Leslie Johnson, lo sceneggiatore di Orphan, Cappuccetto Rosso Sangue e di alcuni episodi della serie TV" The Walking Dead".
The Conjuring 2: The Enfield Poltergeist affronterà un altro caso in cui sono stati coinvolti i ricercatori del paranormale statunitensi Warren negli anni '70. Il sequel affronterà infatti il caso della possessione demoniaca di due sorelle inglesi di Enfield, durante la quale si sono verificati materializzazione, levitazioni e colloqui con il Demonio.
The two demonologists will be played again by Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga. Joining the cast are Frances O'Connor (The Missing), Madison Wolfe, Lauren Esposito, Patrick McAuley, Benjamin Haigh, Maria Doyle Kennedy, Simon Delaney, Franka Potente, and Simon McBurney.
Instead, the names of Peter Safran, Wan and Rob Cowan appear in the film's production.
