Italian release postponed for The Boy, the horror film directed by William Brent Bell (Stay Alive, Wer - The Metamorphosis of Evil) and played by Lauren Cohan (The Walking Dead). Indeed, it seems that The Boy, the film about the evil porcelain doll and to be distributed in Italy by Eagle Pictures, will see the light of day in Italian theaters starting from May 12 2016 and no longer from February 25 next year.
Nel film Lauren Cohan interpreta Greta, una babysitter che si reca presso una famiglia inglese per fare da tata al bambino di otto anni. Una volta giunta sul posto, la giovane scopre con orrore che il piccolo di cui dovrà prendersi cura altri non è che una bambola di porcellana a grandezza naturale che i due coniugi trattano come fosse un figlio. Al fine di evitare problemi con il loro "bambino", la coppia inglese chiede a Greta di attenersi a una serie di regole.
