The official poster for The Bad Man (USA - 2018), the horror film presented as disturbing, violent, full of perversion and dealing with the theme of human dignity. Indeed, the film's story focuses on a series of tortures and humiliations that a psychopath inflicts on a couple. Written and directed by Scott Schirmer (Found, Harvest Lake, Plank Face), The Bad Man will have its world premiere at the Nightmares Film Festival in October.
Plot: Mary (Ellie Church) and PJ (Jason Crowe) become slaves, inside their own home, to a psychopath (Arthur Cullipher) disguised as a clown. Together with his sidekick (Dave Parker), the sadistic clown will vent all his most horrific fantasies on them until he shapes their psyches and thus destroys their lives.
