Directed by Domiziano Cristopharo (Doll Syndrome, Xpiation, TetroManiac: eROTik) and starring Angela del Regno, TetroManiac: Confessions of a necrophiliac (here is our review) is available in the Ultralimited Mediabook edition (Cover A and Cover B) with numbered DVDs + 20-page Booklet + Slipcase (limited to pre-order).
Plot: Through a video diary, Karen Greenlee traces the most important moments of her life: from childhood to her first loves, to the scandal that engulfed her because of her sexual perversion: necrophilia. The latter described by the woman as an obsession. An addiction.
In addition to Angela Del Regno, the cast also includes Dario Almerighi (Me and the Devil), Lorenzo Fedele (Vore Gore), Vincenzo Paliasc, Daniele Arturi (The House Guest), Alvia Reale (Tales to tell in the Dark), Andrea Autullo (Baby Gang), Chiara Pavoni (Xpiation), Paolo Di Gialluca (7 Sins) and Mario De Lillo.
In her 20s, Karen Greenlee (1956) worked as an embalmer at a funeral home in California. In 1979 she was arrested for stealing the hearse she was driving carrying the body of a 30-year-old man (who had died a week earlier). The woman was found days later with a written confession in which she explained that she had a strong sexual attraction to dead bodies.
After giving a long and detailed interview in 1987, Karen Greenlee changed her identity and moved to another city.
