Damien Leone, the director of the slasher splatter/gore saga Terrifier, è al lavoro su un nuovo progetto inedito, finanziato dalla Ghost House Pictures, la casa di produzione di Sam Raimi (La Casa, L'armata delle tenebre, Drag Me to Hell).
"I have an original project in development with Ghost House Pictures, Sam Raimi's production company. I really hope to make it before Terrifier 3 But I would also be willing to postpone it". Questo quanto rivelato da Damien Leone su Insider.
Leone also confirmed that he is working on the screenplay of Terrifier 3, capitolo che lui stesso ha annunciato lo scorso gennaio via Twitter, presentandolo come il più terrificante della saga. Inoltre ha aggiunto di voler realizzare almeno altri due sequel del franchise su Art the Clown (interpretato da David Howard Thornton), l'iconico villain comparso per la prima volta in All Hallow's Eve, a horror film directed by Damien Leone himself in 2013.
We remember you that Terrifier 2 (2022), the sequel to Terrifier (2016), is a film packed with practical effects and found great success grossing nearly $8 million at the box office.
