According to Variety, Terrifier 3 will be released in U.S. theaters on October 11 and no longer on the 25 as previously announced. Written and directed by Damien Leone, Terrifier 3 is the third installment in the slasher splatter/gore saga started by Damien Leone in 2016 and continued in 2022 with Terrifier 2, a sequel that was a great success at the box office. The first look at the movie (see picture above) has been revealed.
Produced by Dark Age Cinema Productions, Terrifier 3 stars again David Howard Thornton and Lauren LaVera (The Well) as the psychopathic clown and Sienna, respectively. Chris Jericho, Elliot Fullam, Samantha Scaffidi, and Daniel Roebuck complete the cast.
The story of Terrifier 3 takes place during the Christmas season and, as revealed by the director, will be an unprecedented horror experience, specifying that it is a film shot on a bigger budget than the first two chapters. In Terrifier 3, Art the Clown will wreak havoc in Miles County, mercilessly harassing and murdering residents right on Christmas Eve.
