Protagonista della storia è Teddy, un ventenne che vive insieme alla sua famiglia adottiva e che lavora in un centro massaggi. Arrivata l'estate, il giovane viene aggredito dal lupo a cui i contadini del luogo danno la caccia da mesi. Col passare delle settimane, l'istinto animale inizierà a prevalere sulla sua volontà facendolo sprofondare in un interminabile incubo di sangue e morte.
