The teaser trailer for the The Silenced (Gyeongseong School: The Lost Girls), a Korean horror film directed by Lee Hae-yeong whose story takes place inside a girls' boarding school.
The film will be screened at the Cannes Film Festival and will be released abroad in June.
The story takes place in 1938. A girl moves to a seemingly idyllic girls' boarding school but inside which she later discovers that female students mysteriously disappear without a trace. The young girl blames the school for both the disappearances and the physical changes her body is undergoing and will try to uncover the horrible secret within the walls of the boarding school.
Park Bo-yeong, Eom Ji-won, Park So-dam are some of the actresses who are part of the cast.
